2023: Get It Right With Other Well-meaning Nigerians or Face Eternal Economic Extinction- APP Candidate, Anyaragbu Tells Ikwuano
As the 2023 general election draws closer, the candidate of Action People’s Party, APP, for Ikwuano State Constituency, Hon. Wisdom LAN E.C Anyaragbu has urged the people of Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State to be meticulous in choosing candidates that would represent them at various capacities.
Hon. Anyaragbu may maintained that their choices of candidates would either mitigate their protracted agonies or launch them into deeper, perpetual agonies.
Describing himself as”a Breadth Of Fresh Air) Anyaragbu urged the people of Ikwuano to emulate Nigerians from other states and in changing the narrative of the area, thus voting in the right candidates who would in return, bring back to them dividends of democracy.
The APP Candidate stated this in his article which he titled: ‘Nde Ikwuano: Efficiency Defies Ages’, as he decried the penurious state of the area in spite of the housing various natural resources, people of great intelligence and potentials.
He regretted that Ikwuano as the major Agricultural hub of the state, hence the presence of Cash crops, but, however, suffered the greatest level of underdevelopment in the state.
Lamenting, he said: “It’s either we join other well- meaning Nigerians and get it right or go into economic extinction.
“A society Blessed with all kinds of natural resources including Human capital, Economic crops, strategic locations but without access links, untapped potentials and intelligent personalities all over yet suffering in all spheres.
“Abia State’s Capital City Extension but regarded as the most underdeveloped rural State Capital Constituency.
He, therefore, implored indigenes of the Council to shun partisanship but cast their votes in the favour of a credible candidate who would represent them at the State Assembly to ensure a swift reverse of their situation, as he reiterated his readiness and willingness to
rewritte the history of the area.
“This is why all hands must be on deck which includes supporting and electing the most credible and formidable candidate, Hon. Wisdom Lan E.C Anyaragb (Wecabrown) into Ikwuano State Constituency office in the Abia State House of Assembly.
Furthermore, he outlined that “the Legislative Arm of Government is the Bedrock of every society practicing our Federal System of Government with the intention to Grow it’s economy by creating fundamental laws that encourage production; promote it’s cultural values and sustainable livelihood for its citizens and above all, have the capacity to query/demand and execute it’s powers in checkmating the Executive arm of Government”.
