Abia House 2023: You Are Our Project, We Shan’t Disappoint You, Ohuhu Assures ADC Candidate, Amalambu

The people of Ohuhu, in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State have reiterated their commitment to ensuring the victory of Rev. Blessed Amalambu, in the 2023 general election.

The people of Umuakam-Alaike, Afugiri, Ohuhu clan in Umuahia North L.G.A, of Abia State have assured the African Democratic Congress, ADC Umuahia North State Constituency candidate for the year 2023 State House of Assembly election of their total support.

The villagers who were excited maintained that with Rev. Amalambu in the ring of contest, Ohuhu now have a better candidate that they will proudly present and identify with.

Speaking on behalf of the women at village square, when Rev. Amalambu paid a courtesy visit to Umuakam-Alaike (his maternal home), Mrs Patience Madubuko described the ADC State House of Assembly candidate as their project, who they will never disappoint with their individual and collective prayers and votes.

“The mission of our son, Rev. Blessed Amalambu is blessed and ordained by God, we will troop out en masse to not only vote for him but to protect our votes and ensure that he emerges victorious. Umuakam-Alaike will vote for him irrespective of party affiliation because he is our project”.

Speaking also, one of the youths, Mr. Kelechi ThankGod Eluwa described Rev. Amalambu as a very good man, who has positively affected the lives of the villagers, adding, “We love him and we will continue to pray and also play our own role to ensure that God favours him”.

An octogenarian, Mr. Ndudim Madubuko maintained that the ADC candidate is an anointed man of God, who is poised to liberate Ohuhu clan from hardship and reintroduce the people-centric government which was perceived to have eluded the Constituency.

He said, “The year 2023 is not a time for contacts and cash and carry election in Ohuhu State Constituency. We believe that Rev. Blessed Amalambu is out to better our situation”.

Madubuko assured the ADC candidate that his mission is their project and that he will be duly elected to represent the Constituency, come 2023 House of Assembly election.

Earlier in his speech, the ADC candidate for Umuahia North State Constituency, Rev. Blessed Amalambu said he came to inform his maternal home of the divine assignment given to him by God and to seek the blessings and prayers for the success of the political trip.

He said if duly elected as a legislator, he will carry the constituents along and will periodically consult with all the stakeholders in Ohuhu clan as to get the needs and problems of the people.

He informed that the youths will not be left out in his programmes, as he will effect youth empowerment and skills acquisition scheme in Ohuhu clan.

Rev. Amalambu vowed to provide leadership and representation that will form a reference point for all Ohuhu future aspirants for the State House of Assembly.

The event featured prayers for the success of the mission of Rev. Blessed Amalambu by the villagers.
