Lady Aguiyi Ironsi goes home, Rep. Onuigbo condoles with family

J T U Aguiyi-Ironsi as they laid to rest the remains of Lady Victoria Aguiyi Ironsi, today, in her home town, Umuahia, Abia State..
Describing Late Lady Ironsi, wife of the former head of state as a ‘graceful woman of inestimable dignity’, Rep. Onuigbo, in a release made available to the Media, urged the immediate family of the deceased “to be consoled by the quantum of fond memories that Mama left in the sands of time.”
He further enjoined the bereaved to emulate the footprints of Lady Ironsi.
In his words: “On behalf of my family, the good people of great Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency and other Abians, I commiserate with this great family in their time of grief as Mama is committed to mother Earth at the ripe age of 97.
“I call on the family to uphold those beautiful legacies which their mother left as she clearly impacted positively on humanity.”
