The Chairman, National Union of Road Transport Workers, (NURTW), Abia State Chapter, Comr. Eugene Eze Job (a.k.a ONYE KEKE) has commended the member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency of Abia state, Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole over his unprecedented achievements since assumption of office.
Cmrd. Eugene who described the various feats the Federal Lawmaker has accomplished so far particularly as regards human capital, as well as social amenities described same as second to none urged other political office holders to imbibe similar attribute to enhance a good living of the people.
NURTW Boss stated this during a courtesy call paid on Rt. Hon. Nkole at his Ozu Abam country home, by the former and his entourage, Sunday, May 17, describing him as an unassuming leader who “is at home with his people, a man whose sagacity, dexterity, humility, accommodating spirit and leadership styles have endeared many to him.”
“You are a good leader who I admire so much, your unprecedented achievements, especially in the areas of infrastructural development, provision of basic amenities and human capital development is second to none and should be emulated by other political office holders”, he added, as he expressed profound gratitude to the Arochukwu political leader for the warm reception.
Furthermore, Cmrd. Eugene eulogised Nkole’s selfless service to his Constituency such like the facilitation of the 2020 budget of the ongoing rehabilitation of Bende- Ohafia- Arochukwu and the landslide at Ajata Ibeku among other monumental projects ongoing across the federal constituency, noting “that’s why I have come today to show solidarity while praying to God to take you higher politically” he said.
Responding, Rt. Hon. Nkole thanked Chief Eugene for the courtesy call and solidarity visit, while re-assuring them of his preparedness to do more for his constituency and beyond.
“My assurance to my people is that I shall continually put smiles on their faces. I was sent there to represent them and I pledged to them from inception of my readiness and willingness to offer them effective representation and that I shall continue to do. I, therefore, pray to God to grant you and your entourage journey mercies as you return to your destinations.
