Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation Dialogues With Global Investors On Mushroom Production
In a bid to drive home the poverty and unemployment eradication vision in the country, Orji Uzor Kalu foundation has commenced a conversation talk with Mbeng Adio Mushroom Farms Global LCC Delaware USA and FOARE Mushroom Farms Global LCC Ramona, California USA.
This talk is on a program that is expected to provide job for over 20,000 women and youths of Nigeria as the foundation is willing to train them on the mushroom production.
Mushroom, consumed mainly in the European and Asia countries can be extracted, used as enzymes, confectioneries and other numerous economic benefits of which China is the highest world producers and South Africa, the highest producers in the whole of Africa with Nigeria, adding 5% to the world market.
Furthermore, the Orji Uzor Kalu foundation in her bid to reach the society in various life facet of societal challenges, is taking this program to every available women and youths of Nigeria to create job opportunity.
Speaking during the meeting, the chairman Mbeg Adio farm thanked the founder of the Orji Uzor Kalu foundation, Sen. Orji Kalu for his commitments to nation building adding that such commitments to the people is appropriate at this time in the country were unemployment is worrisome.
