Pandemonium erupted in a city in Uganda yesterday, as a prominent pastor met his untimely death while performing a liberation for a family at their homestead.
Reportedly, pastor Jimmy Obong had led when some church members were cutting down a tree in the middle of the homestead according to the Tuko.co.ke.
Thirteen suspects were arrested to aid in investigation about the death of pastor Jimmy Obong according to the police commander for North Kyoga, Patrick Okemwa.
Ben Ojwang had gone to the pastor claiming that the tree at his compound was possessed with demons was also arrested.
After the meeting the pastor ordered for the tree with demons to be cut down. The cut tree fell on him killing him instantly.
Meanwhile, the body of the pastor is currently lying in a mortuary.
