Nigeria's Climate Change Act Is Inclusive, Says Rep. Onuigbo Rep. Sam Onuigbo, Member House of Representatives and Chairperson of Climate Parliament Nigeria has said that Nigeria's Climate Change Act makes provision for the participation of several strata of government,persons, and organisations.
