National Water Resources Bill: Disguised Version of Rejected Ruga Settlement … Gov. Ortom
Reportedly, the bill which had already been passed by the House of Representatives is currently lying in the Senate while the Ruga policy was discarded. Governor Samuel Loraer Ortom has lamented that the proposed National Water Resources Bill which has recently been passed into law is a another version of the Ruga Settlement policy to grab land for pastoralists.
