Dora Akunyili’s husband assassinated after honouring late wife
Gunmen have gruesomely murdered Dr. Chike Akunyili, the husband of the former Minister of Information, Late Prof. Dorah Akunyili. A reliable source disclosed that the Dr. Akunyili was still at the University of Nigeria Nsukka Alumni Association (UNAA) where his late wife Dora was honoured some hours before he was killed, although there more stories involving the incident are yet to be uncovered.
